Composition

The project is being developed by a consortium of organizations, including:

Gerencia de Servicios Sociales

The leaders of the project and provide strategic planning. Responsibilities:

  • Project coordinator, responsible for the relationships with the European Commission.
  • Responsible for WP1 (includes the Quality Plan and Independent Evaluation Plan), WP2, WP3, WP4. It intervenes in the remaining work packages to participate in the implementation of the pilots, the evaluation and dissemination.

 

León City Council, Salamanca City Council, Valladolid City Council and Valladolid Provincial Council

Their main task is to implement the four planned pilots. They will carry out the following functions:

  • Leadership of pilots in their areas.
  • Involvement in the process of participatory dialogue for the establishment of the public-private partnership (WP2) and in the design of the new care model (WP3).
  • Intervention in the other work packages to participate in the management, evaluation and promotion of the dissemination and exploitation actions of the project.

University of Valladolid

As a Research Institute, it will design the evaluation methodology and carry out the evaluation of the outcomes and impacts of the whole project, managing the WP6 EVALUATION. They will also be involved in WP7 DISSEMINATION, and in the project management.

EAPN Castilla y León

It is an Association of the Third Sector organisations and, therefore, within the project it carries out a function of coordination and dialogue with these organisations in relation to their participation in the activity. In addition, it participates in the management and evaluation, and has three essential functions:

  • Involvement in the process of participatory dialogue for the establishment of the public-private partnership (WP2) and in the design of the new model of care (WP3).
  • Participation in the implementation of the pilots.
  • Coordination and implementation of the WP 7. DISSEMINATION making use of its extensive network across Europe of sister organisations.

Organisation

The functions and tasks involved in the project will be performed through different structures and work teams:

  • Steering Committee.
    • Composed of a representative of each partner.20160517_104036_resized
    • Representatives of the public organisations will be high-ranking politicians.
    • It is the main organ of participation, collegial management and supervision.
  • Working groups.
    • Created in work packages WP1, WP2, WP3, WP5 and WP7 in accordance to the nature of each of these.
  • Research and evaluation group.
    • It implements the evaluation of the outcomes and impacts, and is led by the University of Valladolid.
